discovery

In the course of researching the topic of applied robotics, many interesting discoveries have been made on my part. For instance, I didn't know that robotics was on the brink of merging with special technology to produce artificial sentience. This is an interesting discovery because it largely impacts the world in a very positive or negative fashion. The positive functions of this particular branch of applied science are medical advancements including prosthesis  surgical equipment, and better clinical conditions. Although, negative repercussions could plague society, some of them being  sentient weapons, robot rights, and artificial reproduction.

Another interesting discovery about robotics is an android's ability to mimic human functions such as walking, hand gestures and other human movements. thats cool.
